PADI Instructor Development Course
So you want to become a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor. PADI offers the Instructor Development program for Divemasters who want an "all-in-one" package that includes the skills and development found in both the PADI Assistant Instructor Course and the PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) Crossover. This is an intensive program that gets you from not having any experience outside of the Divemaster Program, to becoming ready for the PADI Instructor Examination.
